 Consists of:
  • Clean line design with 3-inch insulation, wrapped in stainless steel metal, mounted on a steel frame with four (4) lockable wheels for easy maneuvering of complete unit.
  • Operator-friendly control panel with easy programmable controller for temperature, heating time and cooling time on bending table. A light and sound alarm is activated when programmed time is reached.
  • The unit is equipped with 2 heating chambers. One to preheat the PVC profiles and one for final heat-up of the profile prior to bending. A small front flap prevents drastic heat loss when loading or removing the extrusion. (No top loading lids).

Double Mitre Saw for Architectural Windows
  • Special Double Mitre Saw for trimming round-top window frames after bending
  • Maximum cutting height: 4 inches
  • Two 12-inch saw blades are included
  • Maximum cutting length(diameter):90 inches
 
 
Automatic Radius Table
  • This table is for bending half round shapes only
  • Ideal for existing Witte customers who can use one table for half rounds
  • Radius can be changed in seconds via a hand wheel operated positioning of all inner and outer clamping blocks
 
Safety Feature
 HEATERS ARE COMPLETELY ENCLOSED, SO THAT, EVEN AFTER HOURS OF OPERATION, THE OUTSIDE SURFACE OF THE ENTIRE MACHINE IS TOUCHABLE. THE SMALL OPENING PREVENTS UNNECESSARY HEAT LOSS AND KEEPS THE OPERATOR AWAY FROM DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE HOT AIR STREAM.
